Lion Half Yearly Briefing

THE BRIEF

To deliver a conference that usually takes place face to face, now transitioned into a virtual environment. The aim was to bring together in excess of 300 key business Leaders and Sales Executives for a one day business update rolling out new products, marketing and sales targets. The event needed to motivate, inform and bring together colleagues in a virtual capacity across Australia.

THE RESULT

The feedback for this event was outstanding. Delegates loved the unique conference specific interface which allowed them to be connected to their teams and business units from their homes. The program was designed to keep participants engaged, informed and entertained throughout the day with a mix of live stream, breakout groups, ice-breaker activities and fun and interactive surprise guest spots scattered through the program. Our team prepared and packed over 300 delegate boxes which were then posted to participants to arrive pre-event. These delegate boxes contained branded notepads, nametags, merchandise, new product and snacks – including a lunch option pre-selected by each participant at the time of registration. With many of our participants suffering from Zoom fatigue before this virtual event, they were all amazed at what our customized online delivery platform offered.
