From website, registration and app creation through to full end-to-end conference management, our team was proud to deliver fresh ideas and seamless experiences that helped make the 2026 APMP ANZ Bid Winning Conference truly memorable.

How beautiful is Tropical North Queensland at this time of year….well…..anytime of year! 😍

Last week, we were hosted by @shangrilacairns for an industry famil of their amazing waterfront property. With the premier location in Cairns, this hotel has so much to offer for delegates. Close to everything - but secluded enough to provide a real sense of all that region offers. The team at the Shangri-La Cairns pulled out all the stops with exceptional onsite hospitality and tours of some of Cairns & FNQ’s best conference and event locations.

Some of the great experiences included the unique event spaces @tanksartscentre the thrills of @skyparkcairns the award winning cuisine of Nicko Holloway from @nunurestaurant and the magic that only @reefmagiccairns provide with their new, state of the art outer Barrier Reef pontoon and first class vessels. We were also lucky to be given a very small part in the world leading reef rehabilitation that the team @gbrbiology are doing to restore the reef from recent large scale weather impacts.

A group of exceptional operators, all providing amazing experiences for delegates!
