His extensive experience working with corporate, association, government, and not-for-profit organisations enables him to navigate intricate event environments while ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients and delegates alike. Cameron is passionate about building trusted, long-term partnerships and is committed to understanding each client's unique objectives, challenges, and vision. As Co-Founder and Director, Karen brings more than two decades of expertise delivering exceptional conferences, symposiums, corporate hospitality, incentives, and large-scale events and experiences across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. Renowned for her strategic approach, operational excellence, and unwavering attention to detail, Karen has successfully designed and managed events ranging from intimate executive gatherings to complex, multi-day conferences and major public events. Her extensive experience spans end-to-end event delivery, including stakeholder engagement, venue and supplier management, delegate experience, logistics, risk management, and on-site operations. Karen's ability to seamlessly coordinate complex event programs while maintaining the highest standards of service has earned her a reputation for delivering memorable experiences that consistently exceed client expectations.

Kelsey Apps-Tulip
Event Coordinator

Kelsey has extensive experience delivering high-end corporate events across both national and international platforms. With a strong foundation in event logistics, coordination, and delivery, Kelsey plays a key role in ensuring every event is executed seamlessly, efficiently, and to an exceptional standard. She has a particular strength in emerging event technologies and is highly proficient in EventsAir software, with more than five years of hands-on experience managing registration systems, event data, and digital event workflows. Known for her exceptional attention to detail and proactive approach, Kelsey is committed to producing innovative and memorable event experiences. Her ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining precision and consistency ensures clients receive reliable, high-quality outcomes every time. Her collaborative mindset and dedication to excellence make her an integral member of the Essential Experiences team.

Events and Business Development Manager

Tia leads the development of our client relations, working closely to ensure clients expectations are exceeded year on year. Having previous experience in the Government and Community Sectors, Tia’s ability to manage events and clientele across multiple platforms plays to her strengths. Tia thrives on assisting clients turn their ideas into memorable events, by creating engaging and unique experiences for guests.

Neville brings an exceptional ability to create, produce, and stage manage high-quality events with a strong focus on technical precision and creative execution. He oversees all stages of technical event delivery, including client liaison, entertainment and speaker management, event design and planning, budgeting, set design and construction, contractor negotiations, procurement, and staffing. With extensive experience across small to large-scale conferences and events, Neville ensures every production is delivered seamlessly, with a high degree of professionalism, creativity, and technical finesse.

With a strong understanding of digital marketing and audience engagement, Queenie supports the planning, creation, and execution of social media campaigns, event promotion, and branded content. She works closely with the wider team to translate event stories, client outcomes, and key messaging into clear, visually engaging content that enhances visibility and audience connection. Her proactive approach and ability to manage multiple digital platforms make her an integral part of the marketing function at Essential Experiences, helping to elevate both brand awareness and event engagement.

Sophie provides valuable support across the planning, coordination, and delivery of a diverse range of corporate and professional events. She plays an important role in assisting the team with both pre-event preparation and on-site execution, helping to ensure each event runs smoothly and efficiently. Sophie is known for her positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to contribute wherever needed.
